Chapter President’s Message

What an honor and privilege it is to serve as the chapter president for the Powerful and Passionate Portland Willamette Valley Chapter of Jack and Jill if American, Incorporated. With our time and talents, we will continue our ongoing support of local events such as Black Santa, Holiday Marketplace, Portland Purse Classic, and local partnership with Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary, as well as, national partnerships with March of Dimes March for Babies and the National Alliance of Mental Illness. I hope that in this next year, we are able to learn more about our children, seek for all children the same advantages we desire for our own, and to support legislation aimed at bettering the conditions of all children.

Let’s live, work, and play together!

President Constance
